  • My hat doesn’t fit. What should I do?

    • Loosen it. (Or tighten it.)

  • I don’t want it anymore. Can I return it?

    • If the quality of the hat is the issue, we can send a replacement or a refund but otherwise, all sales are final. And don’t say it doesn’t fit, it’s adjustable, silly goose…

  • Do you do custom hats?

  • I don’t wear hats, are there other options?

    • You’re wrong but that’s ok! We’re up for just about anything if you ask nicely. Email or DM us to find out.

  • Who is Wendy?

    • She’s the orca who started this whole thing and now she’s the employee of the month every month. We’d be nothing without her.
